Meet Dr. Nanda
Dr. Nanda completed his dental training at Harvard University and received his Orthodontic Specialty Certificate and Masters in Oral Biology at UCLA.
He is a Board-Certified Orthodontist and comes from a distinguished line of academic orthodontists, including his grandfather, granduncles, mother, sister and cousin. With family members as inspirations, he is committed to providing his patients that same high quality of care that’s been modeled for him all his life.

Dr. Nanda’s integrative treatment philosophies consider airway, growth and functional aesthetics. He creates smiles that are not only beautiful but long-lasting functionally. He has expertise in a range of treatment modalities from Invisalign to early intervention in children, as well as adolescent and adult orthodontics. At UCLA, he published his Masters Thesis on 3D imaging in orthodontics and has been advancing custom 3D technology in orthodontic treatment over the past 10 years.
Dr. Nanda is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics (AAO) and the California Dental Association (CDA). He has deep roots in the local dental community and a longstanding history in Ventura County, starting and finishing thousands of complex cases.

Dr. Nanda married his dental school sweetheart, Dr. Patricia, a pediatric dentist. After finishing their residency programs at UCLA in 2015, the two moved to Oxnard and have enjoyed serving a multitude of patients ever since. They have two young sons, who attend Our Lady of the Assumption Elementary School and enjoy raising them near the beach on the Channel Islands Harbor.
Meet Dr. Haar
Since founding Haar Orthodontics in 1996, Dr. Haar has been a cornerstone of orthodontic care in Ventura and Ojai. His dedication to his patients is evident, with families returning over the years, bringing the next generation to receive the same exceptional care.

A native of Ventura, Dr. Haar’s journey began in the local school system. He went on to earn his Bachelor's degree in Physiology and Cell Biology from UCSB. Pursuing his passion for dentistry, he attained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Southern Illinois. Dr. Haar specialized in orthodontics at UCLA, completing his training in 1992, and is a proud fellow of the American Board of Orthodontics. He remains an active member of both local and national dental and orthodontic societies, staying at the forefront of his field.

Dr. Haar cherishes his life in Ventura with his wife and three kids. Outside the office, he enjoys camping, swimming and cycling (often riding his bike to work). His commitment to both his profession and his community makes him a trusted and beloved orthodontist in Ventura County.
